Default Timing/Coolant leak Cayenne

I have an 04 cayenne, timing is off so I'm pulling the front end off to set the timing. I pulled the plenum and was looking around and see this..

Coolant on every single one of my closed valves. I knew it had a coolant leak but how does coolant get on top of the valves? It looks like there is a gasket just above the valves. Head gasket should be under the valves and shouldn't cause coolant to get up above the valves? I'm replacing all gaskets anyways but haven't ever seen coolant above the valves.

Also, trying to get all the parts I'll need before hand.
Parts list I have so far
Cam shaft lock
The 4 gaskets for the timing cover
valve gasket/spark plug gasket
chain
chain guides/tensioner
Variocam solenoid seals
intake manifold gasket
head gaskets
Camshaft screws/washers(Anyone have the part numbers for these?)

Anything I'm missing? I'm sure I'll find out soon if I am!
