The New Addition to the Family!!
Well it came in last Friday while I was in Vegas.. and of course I paid for it on Tuesday September 30th... Just a FYI.. tags were $460.. I had the dealer figured the cost if I paid for it on October 1... ahhh $1360 please!!! Gotta love Cali!! Anyway back to the Pepper... So First I'd like to thank Ralph Boothe for supplying me with his awesome no-turn center caps.. They look great! Also supplied by Ralph was the silver hood crest along with the Chrome 38MM Bolts.. He also took care of having the dual TT Exhaust tips chromed! Secondly I'd like to thank Matt Mesler @ Meredian for setting me up with the 22" Techarts. Matt had his painter custom paint Ralph's no-turn center caps, to match the Chrome Optic on the Techarts.. And last but not least I must thank my Dealer, Michael Porsche in Fresno!! Great Sales Staff and great Service & Mechanics.. Its nice when everyone comes through and all goes well!!

Congrats Kevin-very nicely optioned Cayenne S. Having driven on the highway from San Francisco to Pebble Beach it was an erry feeling-feels like SUV drives as low as cars-weird but good. I know you'll love it-I do!!!Regards. Mike

I've gone to Pebble Beach last 2 weekends which my friend has a home there. First weekend was doing Laguna Seca(great track) and the other one picking up my "ugly duck" mk1 GTI last weekend. Long story tried renting uhaul 2 wheel trailer my cayenne did not come with the two piece adapter to connect to the trailer lites(gotta order that) so drove the damn thing(not street legal) with my wife in the cayenne behind me. I left the gti there because my wife doesn't like driving at nite. Drove it back last weekend. My 996 was laid off from the track due to an older gentleman running a stoplite and smashing my front bumper off so at this stage of putting GT3 front and sides while I'm at it. Do you participate in DE's at all? Yeah that would be nice to meet up and talk stuff : ). Regards. Mike

Kevin-
Nice job! The timing was off on your purchase (I was just there for my 20 yr. HS reunion). I would loved to have stopped by.
I am looking to order a CS or CT and have been following the posts. It sounds like Michaels does not want to keep their cars as much as some other "will give you $2-3k off" So. Cal dealers. Will you pm me at tbennett@***.net with who you ordered your car through at Michaels.
Did you try the 20" Tech Arts first and go to the 22's, or were the 22's that much better looking in comparison.

Tom you have PM.. your e-mail bounced back...
Mike, I've done a DE with Tracquest at Laguna Seca a few months ago.. That was fun... Im thinking of buying a older 911 and coverting to a race car.. I'll have to email you next time we head to the coast.. I picked up those two adapters at the local Pick em Truck store.. Takes 5 minutes to install.. They will look like this...
This is the 7 pin to 4 pin adapter that fits in the above piece..
Thanks for the compliment Torags!!
