Default Difficulty Installing Headlight

Hi all,

I have a problem installing my headlight. I removed it in order to change a signal light (2010 GTS). When I re-installed it and locked it into place per instructions in owner manual, the mechanism levered it downwards at the top outside corner, so that there is a little extra gap between the rubber seal and the opening in the fender. I have removed it and studied the mechanism and then re-installed again with the same result. Anyone know what's wrong? It fit perfectly when I first removed it.

Tom

Not sure if 2010 are similar as 955 headlights, but if so, the tray the headlight sits on has a couple of adjustable bolts and perhaps one is loose or the tray moved a little while taking out the assembly...

Thanks, Lion. That makes sense. I'll pull it again and look. I don't remember seeing anything, but will try again. The headlight assembly is a little difficult to just get into a position where it will slide in.

It's the last 5 or 10 degrees of movement of the locking mechanism that pulls the corner downwards.
