'08 CS w/ CDR23 head unit replacement options?
I would appreciate any recommendations on what are the recommended options? I am trying to get sat radio, and a usb port.

I've been researching this for a bit now too. If you are patient, the Avin Avant 2 head unit for Cayenne is probably the best long term solution. But its still in development with no firm date for release! The other one that "looks OEM" is the Dynavin, and its available now, but it pales in comparison. The less purist folks are going the Alpine/Pioneer/Kenwood route. Probably will get great sound, but just doesn't quite look right in the dash to me. Choices, choices - its kind of long open ended discussion here from what I can tell.
