Driving along with cruise control on and it will turn itself off after about 20 or 30 miles. Since this started I have replaced battery which seemed to help for a while, but now as bad as ever. I have also replaced brake light bulbs, no help. I have also changed coils and plugs. Does anybody have any suggestions?

There is usually a switch on the master cylinder that controls the "secondary circuit". This is what shuts off cruise when you apply the brakes. Not sure if the Cayenne has the same switch setup, most vehicles are separate from the actual brake light switch. Might be worth a look...

I had the stop light switch replaced. This seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks for the help.
