That car just looks "right"

Any more pics? Carbon interior sounds nice (and not too common I`d imagine)

I confirmed the PCCB was a typo and from what I read its probably in my best interest. I'm already eyeing up the Brembo big brake kit to stop this train or possibly an upgraded ECB brake kit instead of the Brembo. The Brembo upgrade is about 3k while the ECB is around 1500. Not the same but both would be an upgrade.

She is coming out of Beverly Hills, CA. I'm trying to find out the previous owner to see if it is a name I would recognize. I can't imagine the every day Joe dropped $131k back in 2009 so I'm curious to see who it was, but I may never find out.

I'll post some interior pics of the carbon ASAP.

Exciting isn't it???!!!!!

The anticipation creates even MORE Stoke!!,... so enjoy the time it is in transit. It will make the arrival that much more fantastic.

Have some friends over (preferably Porsche owners), pack a cooler & make it a party.
Be prepared for the requests to hand over the keys.
ENJOY!!!

Sounds like you are a new Porsche owner. Once you own this one for a while, you'll start looking at 911's too. Starts the justification process (in our own minds, Lol).

OH, Btw, I am not sure why you are considering replacing your Brembo's,... with Brembo's. Big Brake kit?? Are you just wanting to increase the mm size of your calipers.
Mine is a 958, and the big reds are just fine for stopping power (& I've been autocrossing mine too).

I've got a full race kit on mine, cost about $5k and it's 16" discs up front w/ 8pot calipers and 15" back w/ 6 pot. They never ever fade and are a HUGE step up from my wife's OE 08 CTT brakes.
Gotta find the link where I bought mine, PM me if interested. The best part is that the discs are 2 piece, hats are made out of alumunium (so no rust) and the disc w/o hat costs only about $150. Pads are about $200 all around IIRC.

Thanks for the reply steve, I enjoyed that one. You are correct in that this will be my first Porsche. Frankly, I never pictured myself as a Porcshe guy but when I recently found out my wife and I are due with twins in a few months, I needed an SUV upgrade. The Cayenne met the criteria: fit a family of 4 with luggage, safe and heavy, and an absolutely blast to drive - the Cayenne came in first over the ML63 (14mpg highway lol), lexus RX has no ***** to it, and I personally don't like BMW. That led me to the Cayenne and when I saw the all black Turbo S, I blacked out I don't know what happened and now its on its way.

Thanks for the info on the brakes, I see what you are saying.

Chris - yes I did. I'm pumped. I agree with you he has been a great guy to work with, I'll highly recommend him. I just hope everything goes OK during transit and the guy doesn't drive through a field of birds and bugs in Nebraska. lol
