Has probably been discussed before but what's the take on the OEM style knock offs on eBay? There are a few different vendors selling them but I'm sure they all come from China and Taiwan at the end of the day.
Any horror stories? I have just bought an 09 Cayenne for my wife and the stock 17s are far too small. Leaning towards some 20 inch Sport Design. It's difficult to find used OEM wheels in Aus and buying new is not an option I will consider.
For the price of used OEM on ebay, why even look at knock offs. I bought a set of used sport technos and a set of 19" design wheels and a set of 18" turbo wheels from ebay. Not perfect, I only paid $300 for the turbo wheels. $436 with shipping for the design wheels and $1350 for the sport tecnos with tires shipped. My experience with cheaper aftermarket wheels is that they tend to go out of round and eventually cannot be balanced.

Edit. opps see you are in Aus.
Yeah unfortunately the volume of used OEM available here is very small compared to the states. There seem to be a few sets of 19s for cheap but mostly in poor condition and I wanted 20s
