Default 2006 Porsche Cayenne Turbo trans/ & engine oil consumption problems.

I Recently purchased this car around 4 months ago and I'm noticing a sudden increase in oil consumption. I understand that the turbo uses more oil than most, but it seems excessive having to add a quart every other time I fill the gas tank. So approximately every 700 miles I drive I need to add a quart of oil. It wasn't like this when I first bought it and I'm wondering if I may have blown a seal in one of the turbos. So how can I determine if the seal is the problem and which one it is without tearing it all down? Also, the transmission will sometimes fail to shift when I punch the gas so when I notice the rpms getting too high I have to let off to feather out the shift. I read somewhere that this could be a valve body problem, so if that's the cause, what do I need to buy to fix this problem? Other than the above issues the car drives great and gets decent gas mileage for what it is...
