Default Need your input! Hawk will exchange my brake pads

I am fed up with the Hawk HPS pads recommended to me by one of our sponsors. They don't stop my car fast, are and noisy- the stopping is obviously the biggest issue, as we all know, because it compromises our safety.

Hawk Performance is recommending their LTS pads as their first choice for a Cayenne, or the alternative is their Ceramic pads.

Please share your experiences as they don't have Porsche OEM brakes to offer me.

Thanks!

Thank you for your input, but Hawk Is going to replace the HPS pads at no cost for one of their other compounds-either LTS or Performance Ceramic.

Can anyone give me some input on the Hawk LTS brake pads?

Looks like not too many have tried the LTS pads on the Cayenne.

There is a thread in the Touareg forum with some positive feedback. Might to give that a read. It sounds like a promising option and one I may go with after the pads are done on mine.

I put the Hawk Ceramics on about 6 months back and also fitted new rotors at the same time.
I was also looking to reduce brake dust due to the black wheels I have and they definitely sorted that problem out extremely well. They are very low on dust.

I followed the bedding in procedure to a tee. Initially they definitely have less instant grab on them (compared to OEM), but after a few thousand miles I would say that they are pretty close to stock, and suit my needs very well.
