In the market for a used Cayenne and I like the 09/10 GTS but know that many more 2011 S's are available.

2011 brought many changes to the Cayenne, and I am wondering if the newer "S" is as good as the older GTS?

 

Gearbox, efficiency and styling are the big differences. I would go 2011 just for the better trans and interior. The only thing in my mind that goes into the positive column for the GTS would be that you could probably save some $ going that route. Test drive and let that decide, but I best as soon as you get into the 2011 you will make your decision. Let us know how it goes.

 

i was in that same position a while ago. I went for the 958 S. The tranny, interior lay out, and ride quality was better. Of course the GTS had a wonderful sound.

 

Got my 09 gts with manual transmission, puts a smile on my face every day.
