Default Sale: 20" OEM SPort Techno Wheels / OEM Aluminum Roof Rails

As the title states....I've got a couple things off my 955 CTT I'd like to get out of the garage.

The 20" OEM wheels have some marks on them and I can make them perfect (refinished) or sell them as is.

The OEM Roof Rails are in great conditions....well a couple small marks.

Can you guys give me some numbers that you think would be appropriate for selling these items......I've tried to sell them before at what I thought was market price.....obviously, I was wrong with my assessment since I still have them. I'd like them gone, but its not a fire sale either. Id like to post them in the classifieds but need ideas on pricing first.

Thanks....if this is not appropriate, please have the moderator delete.

Theres a guy on eBay selling refinished sport techno's for $275 each. I saw a pair at $475 too. I was surprised because I thought they were worth more, guess not.

I also saw the pair (refinished) for $475....seems like that was a very good deal compared to other past 'completed sales'. I also saw a set (4) go for $2550 with used tires on them. Then there are the 'refurbished' set (4) going for $1395. I'd list them on EBAY as an auction, but there just isn't enough traffic to justify an auction type sale for these things. Guess I'll get more excited as the wife becomes more frustrated. Maybe this spring/summer there will be more interest.

Most of the 20" techno wheels I see locally on CL sell for around 1200 for the set, maybe a bit more with newer tires. The ones priced around a grand sell pretty quick, where the more expensive ones don't.

Would that be for a 'refinished set' or a used set with the normal scratches ?

Thanks

I'd say that's for a like new set. OEM cayenne wheels are a dime a dozen anymore. The ones on eBay for a grand or more have been sitting there for a year or more. The only ones that sell go for 250 to 750 a set. Most times they go for 400 to 500 on CL. For 20" rims. 18s are usually 2-400 CL. Similar on eBay. There's your gougers trying to turn a serious dime of wheels nobody wants, but they don't usually sell. And when they do, it's not to a very wise guy.
