A search has some references to bars but nothing definitive so am asking this. Is there a way, on a 2014 Cayenne Platinum edition, to change the oil pressure units from Bars to psi??? This would be on the right side mfd.

No. I checked with my salesman after I noticed this too. Wonder why it is not changeable.

But my takeaway is that since yours shows the same thing, that it is the normal readout mode.
