Default Opening car from inside

Hi,

I noticed that for all doors I need to pull the handle twice for the door to open.
Seems weird, is this a security feature?

thanks

Should only do this when the key is in the ignition... safety feature.

Notice you have no ***** for the door locks. The first pull effectively "pulls up" the lock ****, the second pull actually opens the door. Alternatively, you can hit the power unlock button. Also, doors should unlock when you put it in park or turn off the car (can't remember which). Might want to go through your comfort settings and check that auto lock and unlock are set up as you prefer.

It is a nice feature except for all the passengers that try to rip the door pulls off to get the door to open.

When you start driving, the car automatically locks the doors, which is why you have to pull twice.

That said, I believe you can turn off the "auto-lock" feature in the settings menu.
