Hopefully I'm not stating something horribly obvious, but I assume you don't have the Sport Chrono package? If so, the wart isn't a clock, it's a stopwatch, and should be on "12" unless you've started the timer.
Otherwise, yes - likely a trip to the stealer to repair (but should be under warranty at least).

Actually there is a setting to make the chrono act as a clock. The time is in the digital display and the big orange/red hand handles the seconds.
If it is the analog clock, there were a bunch of bad ones for the early MY 13s. Lots of odd and annoying things. If yours was built before 11/2012 then yours could be part of the bad batch, but it sounds like a bad one regardless.
The upside is that you shouldn't have near the wait time that some people had back then in getting it replaced.
