Just a follow up question for those currently on 22". From the pics I have seen, the majority of you seem to have lowered your Cayennes (going by wheel gap in pics). How is the ride? Significantly stiffer/harsher than on stock sport/low?

Not bad but that is of course subjective opinion. My typ DD is a 456 with 19" rims so I may be used to more bounce. As I have a 955TT, I use the air suspension setting on low with the shocks in either comfort or normal for everyday and it's just fine - I don't notice anything uncomfortable. And if I put height setting in normal, it sure feels like a very luxurious ride to me.

Logical information and would tend to make sense that it could (in the long run) have adverse affects on your transmission

SHOW ME YOUR WHEELS !
Would be helpful to include:
Wheel size
Tire size and
Spacers if used
Some pix of the 22's now that have calipers cleaned up and hubs to match

Default height settings (955)

a bit of a noob question

is there any way to retain the lowest hieght setting to stay like that through out. i hate the huge wheel gap i have (i haveoriginal 18's) and would like to keep the vehicle in the lowest setting. but it starts to go back to normal when i start driving.

is there anyway to retain it at that level?

I have 22"s on mine and don't care for the ride at all. Came with 'em, and I'm looking forward to changing them. 21" is probably a good compromise. Hope so. I'll spend some coin for 21" turbo II's and will have to hope I'm happy with them. But in addition to ride I would prefer an all season and nitto's ain't it. Dumb to have an SUV that doesn't grip well in cold weather, but that's what I have at the moment.

Anyone ever used this site ?
http://www.rims4less.com/productslis...wo=35&three=22

At some point, i'm going to try the 305 35 22's on my 955 CTT....and these guys have them for $250/each.....which is a very very good deal compared to any other prices i've seen.

And yes....305 35 22 will fit.....

I haven't come across that site in my tire searches. I've settled 305/35/22 for my new wheels as well. Will be ordering the Vredestine probably in the coming week. They got more favorable reviews than the Pirelli at a slightly higher price, $267.

These are Roderick RW-5 22x10's matte finish with 285/35-22 pirelli scorpion zero asimmetrico. They are available, looking to put 20's on. Not staggered, no spacers, no rubbing with BC coilovers

So I finally got the wheels mounted and installed on the CTTS. Didn't really get a chance to drive around with them today since I picked up the car on the way home from work.

Well done HOiYA.....do you remember the offset on those wheels ? To me, it looks like they could be pushed out just a bit more....but maybe its the angle, nonetheless, they are stunning. Congrats.
