I guess whatever the offset is for the factory 20x9 Sport techno is. I know you can fit more rubber on the rears, but I'd like to keep all 4 corners the same size so I can rotate them around. And, I'm not sure you can fit the factory 20x10 sport techno up front for caliper clearance reasons.

I fit them over my 8-pot big brake kit, so stock brakes should fit as well. It's tight, but fits.

20" Victor Zehn w/ my winter tire setup

Zehn's are 20x10 all the way around
Tires are 275/45/20
