Right headlight cluster keeps popping out - dipped beam
My right headlight cluster keeps poping out slightly and the entire cluster (headlight, brights and turn signal) stop working until I forcefully push it back in. I have checked the access bolt and can't seem to tighten it. I have removed the cluster and cleaned the contacts. The cluster looks like it has been replaced recently as the glas is more clear than the driver's side.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Hmmm, I would say the clamp is not in the correct position to activate properly. Maybe take out the other light. Just unclick the clamp with the wrench and turn the wrench just enough to get the light out. Note the position of the clamping mechanism and put the one that seems to not work in the same position. Slide in the light and using the wrench click it closed. Be sure to go in the correct direction. There is a little icon stamped into the black plastic right beside the access hole.

Don't take out the other light, or you'll have two headlights popping out.
Fully remove the right headlight, and using an 8mm(?) socket on an extender, look at how the locking mechanism works. It's a simple quarter turn to lock it down fully. Then slip in the headlight and lock it down.

Are you using the extension and socket from the tool kit in the back?
When the light is almost in, turn the socket as you push it all the way in. You need to hear the click.
