Electric Cam Controlers

Has anybody had to replace these? The check engine light kept coming on, stealer says they need to replace the electric cam controlers on our 2012 CT. We only have 17K miles on the thing.

I have not done this but think it would be covered under warranty.....

Yes, its under warranty. They said there was a recall on these for other models but not the CT.
