Whistling noise was not fixed by the dealership as advertised. Luckily for me - I found a thread where another member had the same whistling noise issue and was able to fix it by adjusting the the 2 screws on the panoramic roof on the front defector piece. I adjusted such that it is at the lowest point. Took the car for a drive and the noise is gone. The temperature outside was under 35 degrees so I think I am good. I will drive it some more tomorrow to see if the noise comes back.

Can you go back to the dealer and tell them you repaired the roof yourself, and ask for a refund if they charged you?

 

No charge from dealership as this was done under CPO warranty. Here's the link to noise resolution...
