Obviously different here in Florida than CA but the difference in car temps between a black car and a white car is pretty huge. The difference between black interior vs light if in direct sunlight is even bigger. If you park so that the back of the car faces the sun or use a sun shade then it makes no difference.

answer at 2:00... black car is 10 degrees hotter. (I know we're talking about interiors, but sunlight directly on a dark interior is even worse)
I had a boat with white vinyl, grey, and black... the white would get hottish... the grey would get hot enough you couldn't touch it for long, and the black would honestly burn your skin.
