Default Seatbelt lockup after accident

So I'm putting my project 04' Cayenne S back together after it's accident and of course it's seatbelts where the occupants were are locked up. Is it possible to reset these thru obd, or is replacement my only option. I know that Porsche wants you to replace the belts for safety, but what are my options? I do know safety comes first, but ???????

If they're like a 996, it's an explosive charge that performs the tensioning in an accident, so replacement is the only option.
