I've noticed lately that my CGTS on start-up wants to momentarily sugre/lurch backward in reverse when I've got my foot on the brake. Has anyone else experienced this?

The usual start up routine. Just wait a little longer for the idle to drop before going into reverse if it worries you. Though I almost broke a side mirror on the garage wall when I was not aware of this behavior. Torquey engine...
