Does GTS actually have rocker panels...or are they just painted?

Does GTS actually have rocker panels...or are they just painted?
I see the GTS has body colored rocker panels.....are these actual moldings....or did they just paint the area on those models (versus leaving it black on normal Cayennes and some Turbos)? I'd be curious to know what those cost if they are indeed rocker panel extensions.
