Default Sagging headliner

Anyone else have their headliner start to sag? If so, how'd you fix it? I'm thinking to maybe use some spray adhesive or something to stick it back. Anyone ever do this?

I have the same problem. I have not found a fix yet.

Mine happened to sag on my 06 while still under warranty and the dealer replaced the whole panel. I would take to a upolstry shop and get an opinion on repair.

I found this thread, it looks very promising. I will attempt when warmer weather is here.

I second the suggestion to at least get an estimate from an auto upholstery shop, especially if the headliner is alcantra. I've had a few interior trim issues on other cars fixed and its usually pretty inexpensive and I didn't have to worry about making it worse.

Mine did the same and ended up ordering a new one. Bear of a job to install as you have to pull both front and back seats to slide it in. You cannot bend it to get it in or you will damage it. It truly is an all day job even for someone very handy with tools. Also, go ahead and install new rear hatch/glass shocks while you are in there.

Paid $1600 for a brand new one from Porsche
