Default Porsche Service in South Bend?

Hello all,
I'm going to be in South Bend area for about 10 days and need some work done on the Cayenne. Anyone have any good recommendations for some independents? I'll have another vehicle so anyone good in the vicinity would be fine.

Thanks.
Jeff

I got a guy named Andy that did a brake job on my last turbo, He specializes in Mercedes and BMW, depending on what you need done he may be able to help.
I know when my new-to-me turbo arrives I will be having him service it for anything I cannot handle, he has experience with Cayennes.

www.thebenztech.com, his shop doesn't look like much but he is very professional.

Also, good reviews come from German Concepts...however they are pricey so you might as well just go to a dealer.

I know you are looking for an indy, but I bought my Cayenne at O'Daniel Porsche in Fort Wayne and I had it serviced there when we lived in Indiana. I was always pleased with their service and their work.

It might be an option for you if you can't find an indy.

Thanks. I called and left Andy a message.

Ft. Wayne is a long way from South Bend.

It's all relative...

Fort Wayne is just a quick shot down Hwy 30. It's about an hour. You could also go a little further in the other direction and drive to Chicago.

When you're in rural Indiana, you have to keep your options open.

O'Daniels fixed my last Cayenne while under warranty. They do a great job from what I hear as well.

Chicago is actually closer for us than Fort Wayne...depending on traffic.

Many of us here with European cars use Auto Import Specialists. They are on State Road 2 just west of South Bend. 574-232-4151 ask for Andy. He's a general mechanic but he's always done a good job with what we have thrown at him (Volvo, BMW, Audi). Give him a call.
