hi the lumbar support on my cayenne 06 stopped working too....so this is what I did:
1) Check if the relay works....if you use the button for the lumbar support and hear a clicking noise that means the relay is working....mine was making a clicking noise from somewhere below the seat so that was ok.
SO the lumbar support has 2 motors......one which pushes the lumbar support forward and back and another motor which moves the lumbar support up and down....are both your motors out or just one??

2) next i opened the the cover on the back of the front seat and took the motor out...its held by 3 rivets....opened up the motor and kinda spun it around and connected it to an external 12v supply and the motor started working....

put it back and riveted it in.

Mine is a right hand drive so the clicking sound of the relay came from under the seat....for you that would be the passenger seat unless the relay is under the drivers seat ..... You can't miss the clicking sound....the rear cover is held by 3 metal locks.....
