Well, while driving home I got the PSM workshop message. After a couple of minutes of driving, when coming to a stop, it would go very slowly and then finally kick in. Once home, hooked up the durametric. Following codes
470 CAN comfort in signal wire operation
778 Steering signal sensor
1314 DME control module
819 air conditioning sensor open circuit
1336 can comfort off
470 can comfort off
P0700. transmission control implausible signal
P0050 heater control bank 2 sensor test not completed
P2680 fuel pump control no signal
P0011 cam position timing over
P2186 throttle pedal implausible signal
P2174 throttle position implausible
I cleared all codes and only the 470 code remained. I disconnected the negative battery cable for a few minutes and declared using Durametric. Drove fine. After stopping at the store, turning off the car and then restarted the Psm code came back up.
What the heck is going on?

FAULT CODE 1314 -DME CONTROL MODULE
Possible cause of fault
Signal from DME control module does not correspond to expected signal (please read out fault memory).
Signal from DME control module does not appear on CAN drive (no signal/communication).
Affected pins
PSM control module plug:
Pin 15 'CAN drive (low)'
Pin 11 'CAN drive (high)'
NOTE: If there is no incoming signal via the CAN drive using several control modules,
the CAN drive must be checked for open or short circuits.

What diagnostic tool you use?
I have to ask you to be more specific!
So once again, from which modules you read those errors? PSM? Gateway?...
You can test all CAN lines from gateway, (using the right diagnostic tool)and see in which line is problem.

Funny, I got that message last night on my car after installing my methanol injection. I came here to see if there are any common issues. I'm hoping that I just unplugged something and forgot about it.

From his first post he's using the Durametric Diagnostic Tool. It's an aftermarket tool designed specifically for Porsche vehicles.
