After fueling car car won't start for 5 mins

My wife's 06 cayenne s with 108k miles that everytime she refuels the car car won't start up for 5 minutes then fires up later. Fuel pumps have been replaced about a year ago. Thoughts? Tia. Mike

Common issue with the fuel tank vent line.
