Default Replaced headlight bulb.

I replaced my dim headlight bulbs. Big difference. Here is what the bulb I took out looked like. Now the problem is I am getting flashed by other drivers.

I would try to set the height of the head lamp projections lower since the new bulbs are brighter. That may helped.

My bulb looked the same. I replaced it with this for 51.88 http://www.ebay.com/itm/230813932593...84.m1497.l2649.

I had to get another one for the other side, as it was brighter .. like new.

I replaced mine with Philips D1S. 49.99 with free shipping, so pretty much the same price. The ones in there previously were osram.

Yes pretty much the same. I was hoping to just replace the blown bulb, so went with the same brand as was in there. The color did not match though, as they are 7 years old. The new ones are much brighter! Had to order second one.

Did you all just use the standard colour temp or something different?

Also, regarding the driving / corner lights (W5W bulb) which are yellowish colour (well atleast here in the UK) what bulbs are you all using to match the Xenon dipped beam?

Same applies for the fogs and apologies if this has been asked to death.

Thanks

Carl

I used the standard 4300K. I don't know the answers to your other questions.

I'm bumping this because they have these bulbs for $59.99 with free shipping on ebay:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-2003-200...c636d7&vxp=mtr

When I go to Suncoast they are selling the same thing for $169.95

http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...e=955TT_lights

Is it worth to just get the one from ebay? I always put oem Porsche parts only on my Cayenne but with this headlight it looks like the same thing!

I bought those exact ones off ebay from that seller. I think they are real and worked perfectly for me also make sure you buy 2. They change color over time and they wont match if you change only one

Thanks, I am for sure buying 2 because I had a problem with them and even the dealer only changed one under warranty and now they are different colours!

I was worried if they were real or fake, seems to be a lot of those online.
