I would look on the Porsche USA web site for that info, I'd bet $$ it there.

'06 Cayenne S plugs are at 60k mi. but the '09 is a DFI engine so I bet it's less for them.
Edit: Just saw in another thread the spark plugs on a '11 S are at 40k mi. I would suspect the '09 is more like the '11 than the '06.

Porsche will say tranny fluid is lifetime, personally I would change it ~75k mi. (mine was done at 38k when the dealer replaced the valve body under warranty)

Diffs - I don't know. I will change mine next time I service it (will be at about ~67,500 for me)

When you read the following, take into consideration I'm speaking from the perspective of a 2013 Cayenne diesel. Owner manual says tranny fluid @160,000 miles or 16 years, whichever occurs first. Haven't run across anything yet about when/if to change the diffs. Until I read otherwise, I'm going to assume the same service interval as the tranny. Break-in engine oil/filter changed at 5000 miles, then again @20,000 mile service, then not again until 40,000 service. That's assuming C30 oil and Porsche approved filter. Assuming you use C40 and a Porsche spec filter, I expect yours to be about the same. Can't help you with plug info though, sorry.

My 2009 GTS has about 133K miles, drives good, sometimes I feel, it runs less smooth, just occasionally in low speed.

I believe the cars still has the original coil-packs and the original O2 sensors,
should I be looking into replacing these?

Any other suggestions welcomed.
