Broken Vent Line
Would a crack in a vent line cause a vacuum leak? I have a vacuum leak code on the obd sensor and found a cracked line from the right bank to the throttle body.
Could this cause other errors as well? I have lots of them!

P0332 is a key here. Any chance you damaged or unplugged one of the knock sensors while replacing the coolant pipes? This can cause a few of the faults you're seeing. Also, P0203 is an injector circuit fault for injector #3 (probable cause of the P0303 cylinder 3 misfire). Make sure that injector is plugged in, also make sure the ground at the torque bar mount is tight.
Definitely fix that broken line as well.

Sorry I haven't responded Tim...I have been on the road and unable to work on the Cayenne. I took the intake distributor off to see that everything was connected, including the fuel injectors and it all looked good. I did not have a chance to get it back together to test it yet. It's probably too optimistic to think that a vent line could cause all of these problems...maybe a cam knock sensor?
Where is the ground at the torque bar? Is it the bar itself, the small brass screw that holds the cover plate on or a ground wire attached under the injection distributor?
Thanks a ton!
Jeff

Jeff. Could be a bad knock sensor causing some of the problems if they're both plugged in, and you didn't notice any damage to either of them.
The ground that I was referring to is bolted to the top of the torque bar mount (you'll need to have the plastic coil cover off to see it). Follow the injector/coil harness along the passenger's side of the engine, and you should see a couple of tan wires with a ring terminal bolted to the top of the torque bar mount. If they aren't there, or the ground isn't tight, that would be the first place to start.
