don't know if this is normal or not........
After stopping the Cayenne (the suspension selector was in the 'normal' position vs. Sport or Comfort), we stopped the car and got out. We then opened and closed the rear hatch. After about 10 minutes, while milling around the car, I suddenly heard the sound of air being released (lasted a couple of seconds) and watched the front end of the GTS slowly drop about a inch. Don't know if the back went down, as I was just stunned.
This is the wifes car, and I do not recall ever seeing/hearing this before. No error codes. Everything appears normal.
Is this normal operation for the Cayenne air suspension?
Thanks!

Quite normal if you were driving in the "Normal" level as the system automatically reverts to "Low" Level for easier entry. However, the level control will not function until all doors and rear lid are closed. If you lock the car immediately after parking, you will probably hear a hissing sound as the car will lower.
BTW, if you park the car at "Loading" Level. which is the extreme lowest setting, you won't experience this at all.
