Hey, this photo makes me want one!
Check this out:
Someone at Porsche knows how to ring my bell.
I did not know if this photo had been posted here yet, but it sure is appropriate.

Thanks for the pic, Michael. Anyone notice that the rooflines of both the Cayenne and RS are at the same height, despite the fact that the RS is up on a trailer? That's one tall Porsche.

Phil,
Congratulations. I hope you like it. We've got over 3,000 miles on ours, and are very happy with our decision. We both feel that it's a better luxury car than our previous 2000 MB S500. The air suspension does a great job of letting you feel the road while simultaneously soaking up bumps. We are also looking forward to the security of 4-WD and DSC during the upcoming winter. Even the kids love it because they can actually see out of the window!
We've had one glitch to date - an intermittently sticking tilt mechanism on the steering wheel. Interestingly, another reviewer mentioned this in a post on MSN Carpoint. It somehow corrected itself about a month ago, so we'll see if it recurs. Otherwise, the car has been flawless. I hope you have a similar experience.

I have this recurring nightmare: I log into rennlist and the Cayenne forum. I read an entry by FF how he just sold his red 993 for a red Cayenne, saying that actually it really began to grow on him, and he felt it was time to move ahead... He then gushingly describes the Cayennes virtues: massive size (makes me feel "so safe"...), the quadruple cupholders, the very high seating position, the muffled sound of a water-cooled V8 (sooo silent and silky smooth) .... At this point I usually awaken with a cold sweat and check out the Cayenne forum to make sure it isn't so...
