Default Moisture In the headlight

Would you think that would be covered under CPO warranty?
Seems like the very bottom edge by thenfront bumper has a slight split in it.

An 06 P!g should have already had the headlight ventilation tube TSB/update.

Unless there is evidence of damage from external debris hitting the headlight assembly or any other modifications, then there is no reason why the housing (not bulb) would not be covered.
