Hey guys,
I just took delivery of a 2012 Cayenne V6, and am thinking of putting these Replica Rinspeed 22" on instead of the OEM 18s:

My major concern is to what extent the ride quality will suffer compare to the OEM 18s. It's a family car with kid(s) sitting in car seat at the back and wife driving most of times. Is it really noticeable on even semi-bumpy roads? Would really appreciate any feedback if you have made similar switch.
Thanks a lot guys!

Don't. The tires don't have the load capacity in 22" to be safe. It's done, but should not be. Ride quality is awful, too. I have had many, and I mean a LOT, of guys call me to go BACK from 22" to 20" because they ruined the car.

Thanks for the feedback!
So 20" should be fine in terms of Ride Quality? Just don't find any similar style wheels in black finish with that size....sigh....

I run 20" OEM Sport Technos on my Cayenne for the summer months, and the ride quality is quite good. I have no issues with it at all.

Agree with above. Had 18" oem which I now use for winter. Originally went 22" but it was brutal as was the money I lost selling them. 20"s fill out the wheel wells and is a great compromise between ride and comfort

Really appreciate the advice guys. Good thing that I asked! Yup, I am definitely going to 20" instead now. Just still need to find a all black set that I like.
