YSM wheels
Has anyone heard of YSM wheels? I've found a used set for my 2006 Cayenne but don't know anything about the brand.
Here's a link to the rim I'm looking at:

Any advice is appreciated.

Based on just perusing the website a bit I come away with the feeling of "low quality junk". Lots of wheels labeled "non-branded" and some of the gallery pictures to show off the wheels on a car show a different wheel than what you're looking at! WTF is that? Personally I'd stay clear of YSM on that basis alone. Not bad looking wheels though...

I had one set of replica wheels on my bmw a couple of years ago. I did not even drive them throughout the year, sold them after 3 months - heavy, very hard to balance and soft as butter. I will never ever fall for cheap Chinese rims again.
I know that a lot of wheel brands outsource the manufacturing to China, but I think they also pay for a better quality control

There's been quite a few posts listed in the past on aftermarket rims as I recommend you do a search within this forum to read what others have to say about them.
Personally, I have to side with Jay & lupo on this subject. Been there, done that with previous vehicles and I doubt that I would go that route again for many reasons; the most obvious being the safety factor and the potential failure.
