Default Cargo dimensions

Anyone have cargo area dimensions? Specifically, length from back of drivers seat to the rear door? And, do the second row seats fold flat? I can't tell from photos. I'm looking at '09&'10 but any year dimensions would be fine.

Thanks for the information.

I was hoping to find the length dimension from the back of the driver's seat to the rear door.

I saw a pic that showed that the lower part of the rear seat was folded up against the back of the driver/passenger seats, so I'd like to know the dimension from the face of that to the back door. checking to see if my toys will fit inside....

My '06 measures a little over 5 feet- maybe 5' 3". That's from the closed rear hatch at the floor (on the side) to the folded up seat. Since the hatch curves a little there is a little more room if measured down the center-line.

mike

PM me if you need anymore info.

Default Could fit 6 feet items?

Hi mike. Do think it’s possible to fit a longer steel frame of 6 feet if I push passenger seat as far as possible from the trunk area?
or maybe just in diagonal I could get 6 feet?
thanks

There is plenty of space if you move the front passenger seat all the way forward. My sleeping board/ platform is 77 x 24 and there is still 1-2 inch space. Here my sleeping platform that I built out from 2ft wide 0.75 inch plywood. It's a bit overkill, as 0.5 thick plywood would've been sufficient and lighter.

I have removed rear seats.
To secure it I tie it down using holes on the bottom for cargo tie down points. It can be folded so that if I have a front passenger and need to push the seat back. With a 4 inch thick mattress topper, I slept well most nights inside the Cayenne when I toured around 10 national parks last year.
