Cayenne 03 door adjustment

Hi all. I'm new to Porsche ownership, getting myself a CS.

My driver door has dropped slightly, can it be adjusted back to correct position?

Grab the entire door from the latch side and rock it up & down vertically. If there's too much play, the hinges must be replaced.

Your dealer/mechanic can adjust the door also if necessary.

I had this done a few years ago due to wind noise issues.

Yep, the door can be adjusted.
Mine was done at the dealer, they placed some shims behind the hinges and realigned the door perfectly.

Thanks guys. Checked door for movement on hinge, pleased to say nothing at all. Looks like that mean the mechanic has to adjust :-)

Although NOT covered under warranty after 6 months I've been told @ Roslyn Porsche in NY.
