Default Dead Pedal Installed

Got the dead pedal from RennLine yesterday. It took about an hour, 1 drink, and a few curses to put it in. It required removing the sill plate, the plastic trim under the sill plate and by the front of the door (where the hood latch is). They are a pain to get out - but basic violence prevailed.

Then the unit is screwed into the sheetmetal, and trip is restored.

All in all not too bad. I really like it - there is a more substantial feel for my left foot and it doesn't slip - this wasn't just a bling mod.

Now we need a parking brake cover and everything will match!

Love it! I've been thinking about getting one myself. Looks like yours doesn't have the RennLine logo on it - is that something that comes separate so you have the option to install it or not? Can you share where you got it from?

I got it directly from rennline. The logo came as a separate part that sticks on. When I checked out, I asked for the non logo version in the comments.

Nice! Here's a post with pics of the entire pedal set I installed this summer.
