The term P!g can be traced back to a visit Larry made to his optometrist.
Now Larry was legally blind, so he couldn't even see the big E on the eye chart that is projected on the wall.

So, his optometrist decided to abandon letters and just use familiar objects and shapes.
His first (and last) image he projected on the wall was a 2004 Titanium silver metallic Porsche Cayenne S.
He asked Larry ... what do you see?
Larry replied a P!g.

Now that you've been read your bedtime story, go to sleep.

The 928 is affectionately referred to as The Shark, the 928 forum is called the Shark Tank.

The Cayenne is officially and irrevocably referred to as the P!g, and this forum is officially and permanently referred to as the P!g Pen.

And please note, P!g is spelled with a "!"

No, don't ask why ... otherwise its squirrel time.

I think a polite STFF would suffice.

Confuse the newbies even more. Throw in more terminology for them to wonder about. Next question will be "But WHO is Larry???"

And, OP, STFF, ok?

Just when you think the PP has lost its luster of years past... lemmings make their way over to the BBQ

God love `em.
