You probably won't need it for a small utility trailer, but for enclosed car trailers you need mirror extensions. Trailer is often wider than the Cayenne. I just went to SEMA and happened upon a vendor that had a real nice mirror set up that would fit Cayennes. I know some of the tow guys had a hard time finding a nice mirror extension.
