My PCM 2.0 works perfectly. I've had no issues with it whatsoever.

My advise to the OP - research research research. Yes to the above list of items. I just did my cardan shaft (went at 63k) and did also coolant pipes as preventive, changed one of side motor mounts and other hoses. Cost $3k
Car drives perfectly and ready for next 60k miles. I know its scary to hear all this issues but these are great SUVs and I have friends who have Cayennes as well and they gave me good feedback on their ownership experience. As long as you take care of them they will take care of you hopefully in a good way.
