I have had this happen to me. The washer tank is a 2 part system and often they become loosened. The tank connects to connection tube that fits inside of each other. I will try to find the diagram. You can remove the left front headlight assembly or go through the wheel well cover. You should be able to push them back together.

Going to resurrect this thread, but mine has just started leaking. Now mine gives a washer fluid low warning, is it likely that I have another issue? As I doubt the parts that come loose are so low in the reservoir to trigger the low fluid alarm.

Not investigated yet, but there is clearly a slow leak as a pool gathers under the car.

The system holds 2 gallons, and the typical leak will drain enough to light the low fluid indicator. For me, it was the lower section that pushes into the reservoir that was leaking. It's easy to get at with the wheel liner off, but putting the wheel liner back on is annoying. You can get a hand on it with the headlight removed but that is not the way I went.

Mine leaked there as well. For me it wasn't the reservoir, but one of the connectors that plugs into the reservoir. $.50 fix.
