Default Belated Pix of Blacked Out '11 Cayenne S

It has been close to 13 months since I got the P!G and pictures are way overdue but as they say "better late than never". Comments/suggestions are always appreciated.

Nice. Now de-badge the back.

Thanks. Agreed - still debating whether to black out or de-badge.

I'd de-badge the "Cayenne S" and leave the "P O R S C H E" alone.

If you're going to leave anything silver on the back of the Batmobile, I would definitely get rid of the black hood crest and go with a silver hood crest.

Are you going to black out the crests on the wheel centres?
Go all the way!

I will not leave anything silver - will either de-badge or black out. I did try the silver crest but liked the blacked out version better. Thx.

Good idea. The issue with the crests on the wheel centers is that they are not 3D and painting over them would just make them black. Regardless, I would definitely try black centers this weekend. Thanks.

I would black out the lettering on the Back to match the crest. Looks good, hard to keep clean in New York I bet.

Just buy separate wheel centers that are black, don't paint over the genuine ones, you'll like them too much someday.

i am absolutely blown away but i will have to agree with Charlie Brown here. i will chalk it up to the saying everyone is right at least once.

anyway, the silver crest does look good - that thickly painted black is a bit rough.

otherwise nice S.

Yup - I am almost certain I will take the "black out" route with the rear badge. And you are right - keeping a black car clean in NYC is challenging. I am used to it though.

Good point - thanks.

Thanks. Actually the emblem's details came out better than expected. Maybe the lack of color contrast in an all-black emblem is giving a somewhat misleading impression... or maybe it's just me liking the blacked out version so much... Either way - thanks for your feedback.

As much as I like the front of the new Cayenne -- the rear is just ......... and it's too busy. I like the black cars with the "Cayenne S" blacked out and the "Porsche" removed.

A Porsche should not have a name tag.

I have the black out package -- I don't have black wheels and always wondered if I would like them.
