Cayenne S 2004 Fuse 36???

Cayenne S 2004 Fuse 36???
Hi Guys,
I am looking for a solution to an annoying problem.
The car in question is a 2004 LHD Cayenne S.
The car has had all sorts of SAT TV DVD Player, Deniosn Ipod interface fitted that all worked. BOSE installation.
After stripping it out, I got the PCM2 error, no amp,phone,sub etc message.
I understand form these forums the phone module under the seat is usually to blame.
However t didnt play up until recently, after investigation fuse 36 on the left side blows, its 10A rated but I cannot find what should be operating from this fuse.(obviously nothing when its blown!!!)
With the ignition off it blows immediately so it shows a dead short but I cant see anything thats not working.
The manual is in Dutch and translated its control for electrical installations????
Can anyone help me out before I go further investigated and cabling issues or phone issues?
