I just replaced my sidelight bulb ... thanks for this thread.

2008 Cayenne GTS

1. I would suggest removing 3 of the T25 screws that secure the wheel well panel ... that are a little hard to see at first. Remove 1 that is above the wheel well light, and the 2 that are below. That give you enough space to pull back the panel. Immediately behind the side light housing you will feel the light carrier with the cable coming off it
2. Wiggle and PULL gently and it should pop out .... the light carrier is pressure fitted into the side light house.
3. Pull the old light off and push in the new one ... then everything is in. reverse order. You will have to feel around to be able to get the light carrier back into the hole

Lastly ... and NO ONE even mentions this that I can find .... WHAT IS THE PART NUMBER??!!! 🤔 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️

4. Porsche OEM: 99963103290 / Advanced Auto Parts has Sylvania 2-pack #2825

The bulbs are 12V / 5W

You can probably order them on Amazon as well ...

Anyone know where to find a replacement for the socket side of this? Mine are all rusted and corroded and keep eating through bulbs. Thx!
