You forget, I am a free range Moderator.

I actually enjoyed cleaning up the forums by deleting spam, moving posts to where they belonged, etc.
It was the whole dealing with the P&C inmates that sent me off the reservation...

In the beginning, all were Noobs. Many moved on, were flamed, left in shame, couldn't handle the commentary, etc.
With the dross gone, the gold remained.
New Noobs appear every day. Many will move on for all the same reasons, especially since the veterans are strong in opinion, attitude and quick with a keyboard. Even the ghost of the ubiquitous Larry finds time to take on Noobs from the far side.
But some Noobs will survive the trial and join the Gold, even if only in shinny silver.
