Hey everyone! I'm new here to the site and I'm learning alot! Thanks!!

I have a late build 04 CTT and I'm having a real hard time trying to get the lights on the bottom of the mirrors to turn on when unlocking the car at night. I've tried every possible combination with the center screen "comfort" menu, "lights" menu and every other menu!?!? I have tested the bulbs and checked all fuses. All tests and checks out fine. Still no light. Also the passenger mirror will not tilt down when shifted into reverse. Mirror control is set to the passenger mirror and still nothing. Overlooking something? Or do I need a reset and dealer reprogram? Does my CTT maybe not have these options??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Reprogram at dealer will fix those issues.
