Some of you have flipped the driver's seat back to access the battery, and I'm hoping if anybody noticed the power distributor assembly next to the battery, closer to the door on LHD vehicles. On this assembly, there are two flip open lids. One is shaped like a tunnel for a cable, and the other (F11) reveals a threaded post with a nut on it with a 12V power cable attached.

Is this post meant to be used as a connection point for 12V accessories, like an aftermarket amp? Or is it actually for Porsche options only, like the auxiliary battery?
