HTC EVO 4g doesn't work with 2011 PCM 3.1
I am having a very hard time getting my wife's phone (HTC Evo 4G on Sprint) to talk to my new 2011 Cayenne PCM (3.1) via Bluetooth. It connects for a few seconds to a minute, then disconnects. When connected, if you try to make a call, it disconnects.
Took it to the dealer; they couldn't make it work either, and said there was no newer software for the 2011's out yet. The Evo doesn't have any software or firmware upgrades available either (it's on the very latest code, 3.70.651.1).
My iPhone 4G works great with it, but it's very frustrating for my wife who can't make or receive calls at all while driving.
Has anyone made it work? Any help appreciated.

Hello - I have a Sprint HTC Evo 4G that works perfectly with my '11 Cayenne S -- PCM 3.1. I had trouble syncing it at first but realized that I didn't have "discoverable" checked on my phone when I was trying to sync it up. If that is not the case, it sounds like you have a problem with your HTC Evo or a configuration setting that isn't allowing it to remain connected.
